Welcome to Brown Adaptive Innovations, where creativity meets functionality.  The mission of Brown Adaptive Innovations is to design and build novel improvements for adaptive sports equipment to better meet the needs of adaptive athletes throughout the world.  Outdoor recreation is a cornerstone of good mental health. Increasing the functionality of adaptive sports equipment to increase access to outdoor recreation for persons with disabilities increases their access, leading to more joy, better mental health and happier, more productive lives.  We aim to design equipment to better the lives of a marginalized community who deserve a similar level of access to all of the activities we love as anyone else.  Lets make the great outdoors a more inclusive space.
